By accessing and using JobSetu platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on JobSetu's platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Training Programs

• Enrollment is subject to availability and eligibility criteria
• Students must actively participate in all training sessions
• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion
• Refund policy applies as per program terms

4. Job Placements

JobSetu facilitates connections between students and corporate partners. The final selection decision rests with the hiring company. We manage training and shortlisting; final selection is done by corporates.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misrepresent qualifications or information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with platform operations
• Share login credentials

6. Intellectual Property

All content on JobSetu platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JobSetu and protected by copyright laws.
